The Parish Council responded to the CALA Homes proposal leaflet in early May. The response was based on the Parish Council’s position on HAS08 presented at the draft Local Plan public examination last summer, and reflected the extensive feedback from residents during Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan consultations. The Parish Council also requested that CALA Homes provide a postal address for paper based consultation replies to better enable residents without email or internet access to take part in the consultation. As a result we understand that CALA Homes will shortly send out additional feedback questionnaires to Campton residents, complete with a freepost envelope for people to provide written comments. If you still wish to respond, in any way, to this proposal please take advantage of this additional opportunity to provide feedback. Please note this remains a housing proposal at this stage. Should a development application be forthcoming then residents will have an opportunity to support, object or comment on the application via the formal CBC planning process.
