Central Bedfordshire Council are in the process of another round of consultation on the 2021 outline planning application CB/21/04372/OUT – Outline Application: Erection of 66 dwellings with associated car parking, landscaping, drainage and open space.
It is the expectation of the Parish Council that all those residents that have previously made representations regarding this planning application will have been contacted by CBC with information on recent revisions to the application and given the opportunity to update or reinforce their representation should they wish to. Of course, any residents that have not previously made a representation regarding this outline planning application may still do so. Previous representations still stand.
The closing date for the current period of consultation is the 1st June 2022.
