Recent changes to the central government National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) have provided an opportunity for CBC to complete further work on their “Duty to Co-operate” with adjoining local authorities.
CBC now anticipate the Plan going to full Council for approval on the 26th April and submission to the Planning Inspectorate by the end of April.
