The new Central Bedfordshire Local Plan has been submitted to the Secretary of State and is currently subject to an independent examination by a Planning Inspector.
The Inspector has asked for additional evidence to be presented by the Council prior to setting a date for a Public Hearing – although it is anticipated that this may take place in the spring of 2019.
