Update – Please note that with regard to planning application No. CB/21/04372/OUT: Erection of 66 dwellings with associated car parking, landscaping, drainage and open space (Outline application with all matters reserved except for access) the Parish Council have been informed that the application is scheduled for the next Development Management Committee on 28 September 2022. It has been recommended for approval by the CBC Planning Officer, however the Committee is free to make a decision which is not in line with this if it considers there is grounds to do so. Previous respondents to public consultation regarding the application have, we understand, been contacted.
