The Campton and Chicksands Neighbourhood Plan has now been formally adopted by Central Bedfordshire Council, following a successful independent examination, and the local referendum held on 23rd September 2021.
The content and policies within the Neighbourhood Plan will now be taken into consideration in the determination of future planning applications within our neighbourhood area.
The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group would like to say a huge thank you to all those residents and other stakeholders that submitted feedback at all stages of consultation during the making of our Neighbourhood Plan.
